Rob was elected to the Region of Niagara as Lincoln’s Regional Councillor on October 22, 2018.

Although some of the following may change over the course of the next few months, he is currently on the following Committees:

  • Lincoln Council representative on the Twenty Valley Tourism Association (2015/2016)
  • Lincoln Public Library Board member (11 years +)
  • Many other committees and board appointments during 18 years on Council

Home and family:

  • Rob lives in Beamsville in the beautiful Town of Lincoln
  • He and his family moved to the community in 1993
  • Married to Susan (currently Rotary Club President)
  • Three children, Scott, Katie and Jocelynn
  • Two son-in-laws, both named Ryan
  • Three grandchildren, Alfie, Lillie, and Ben
  • Rotarian since 2001


  • Rob grew up in a rural community in Wellesley Township (about a half hour from Waterloo)
  • His family were major beef farmers, owning farms in the Region of Waterloo and near Port Elgin
  • Family business also included livestock trucking
  • Rob has had a career in Information Technology, currently an applications development manager for LifeLabs, a private health care company
  • Bachelor of Arts Political Science, McMaster University
  • Masters of Library and Information Sciences, University of Western Ontario
  • Currently working on a Masters degree in Public Administration, University of Western Ontario
